I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean with all the amenities I needed, and the first-class breakfast and dinner snacks/drinks included were a great bonus. The service was fantastic, with a touch of personal care that made me feel well taken care of. The location was perfect for both exploring the city and accessing different tourist places. The dining experience was delightful, providing me with the energy needed for a day full of adventures. Overall, a great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were super comfortable with functional and fast wifi, but unfortunately, they were dirty, and the housekeeping service was very weak. However, my request for connected rooms was met, which was a plus.
The hotel has cozy beds and sheets in the rooms; however, there are limited entertainment options like English channels, Bluetooth radio, and free internet. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful, with professional and cooperative staff. The location is convenient, close to shopping malls, though a bit far from some attractions. The dining options are lacking variety and quality.
